Pre-Order Questions

Which payment options do you accept?

The checkout system accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX using the PayPal system.

Are shirts printed in the USA?
Yes. All of our products are printed and shipped from the USA. 

Which Brand Are The Shirts?

Our shirts vary by style we use Next Level, Anvil and Bella+Canvas brands typically. We only source premium quality shirts and they are very comfortable to wear and launder well. 

Do These Shirts Shrink?

On active wear or products labeled “moisture-wicking” they will not shrink. The t-shirts labeled as “preshrunk” or “cotton”, we do often see some minor shrinking, particularly if you use the “volcano” setting on your dryer. Running the first wash in cold water with the delicate setting will help keep the sizing truer, but in general, we do recommend that you order up one size just to be on the safe side. As for hoodies, they tend to be a little sturdier. You might see a little shrinking right out of the dryer, but they will generally bounce back into shape after being worn.

How long till I get my order?

Four to seven days is typical. We print and ship fast. Our orders are submitted to print every day.  Orders are shipped from our printers within 4 days (often faster) and the rest is up to the postal service!  Depending on the day you order, the longest you would wait would be around 10 days and the shortest 7 days (within the USA).

After The Sale Questions

I placed an order but I didn’t receive a confirmation email…what’s going on?

Please check your “SPAM” folder for your order confirmation email. 

Where is my order?

You should have a tracking link sent automatically once your order has been shipped. Standard delivery is 4-7 days – if you have reached day 10 and still don’t have your shirt then please email our support team leader at support@savagetee.com

How do I cancel my order?

Within the first 24 hours of placing your order you may cancel by emailing us. Because each item is custom printed at the time of the order, after 24 hours you may not cancel, but we will work with you to make things right with your order on a case by case basis.

How do I change my order?

If you want to change your order please email us. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will do our best to accommodate your change.

I put my email/ mailing address in wrong, can this be corrected?

We use UPS address verification for domestic and APO orders. However if you see something about your shipping address in your confirmation email that is different from your shipping address please let us know ASAP.

We take fraud prevention seriously, so we will not send your order to a completely different address. If you are paying with PayPal, make all applicable changes to your shipping address in your PayPal account prior to placing your order.

If you need to make a major change to your address, alert us immediately via email

There is a faint outline box like shape round my shirt.

This is a normal part of the printing process and will disappear after the first wash.

You made a mistake on my order.

Our bad. It doesn’t happen often, but nobody’s perfect. If you receive the wrong item or if there is a defect in any way, Please email our support team leader at support@savagetee.com and we’ll work with you to make it right. 

Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can
a) verify your claim
b) educate the offending department
